The beautiful Turkish poem and song "Gül Pembe" was written by Aşık Mahzuni Şerif, one of Turkey's legendary folk poets (aşık), and sung by Barış Manço, a beloved Turkish rock musician and singer.

"ترانہ حریت کشمیر"
کشمیر کی آزادی کی تحریک نے ثقافتی اور ادبی میدان میں بھی اپنا اثر چھوڑا ہے۔ یہ ترانے نہ صرف عوام کے جذبات کی ترجمانی کرتے ہیں بلکہ ان میں تحریک کی جدوجہد، محبت، اور امید کی عکاسی بھی ہوتی ہے۔
کشمیری زبان میں آزادی کے ترانوں میں ایک خاص قسم کا جذباتی تاثر ہوتا ہے۔ ان میں آزادی و انصاف کی خاطر ظلم و ستم کے خلاف جدوجہد، کا زکر ہوتا ہے۔ شاعری اور موسیقی کا امتزاج ان گیتوں کو یادگار بناتا ہے۔ جبکہ مقامی موسیقی اور سازوں کا استعمال ان ترانوں میں کشمیری ثقافت کو خوبصورت جھلک دیتا ہے۔
ایمبلم اسکول کے طلبہ اور اساتذہ نے ایسے ہی ایک مقبول ترین کشمیری ترانے کو کمال خوبصورتی سے پیش کیا ہے۔ اس ترانے کی مقبولیت نہ صرف کشمیر میں بلکہ دنیا بھر میں کشمیری برادری بھی دیکھنے کو ملتی ہے۔
