At Weight Loss Challenge 45 at Oxygym Health and Fitness Club, we’re passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. We’re looking for a Female Sales Executive who is driven and goal-oriented to join our team. This role is pivotal in converting leads from our social media campaigns into loyal clients for our Elite Personal Training, Weight Loss Challenge 45, and Zumba programs. You’ll also take the lead in managing inquiries for our upcoming Weight Loss Challenge 45 Instructor Training Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to inquiries from social media campaigns and other platforms.
- Engage with potential clients through calls and messages, turning leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversion results.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Consistently achieve a minimum of 10 client conversions per month.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English and Urdu.
- A self-motivated and target-driven individual.
- Ability to manage social media queries effectively and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Prior experience in sales, client management, or customer service (preferred).
- Basic understanding of fitness and wellness programs (advantageous but not essential).

- Job Location: Oxygym Health and Fitness Club, Gold Crust Mall, Phase 4, DHA, Lahore.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 per month and with commission, you can earn more than 100,000 per month.
- Commission: PKR 2,000 for every sale exceeding the monthly target of 10 sales.
