- Host Team MSLPAF. Who is Mehr Shehryar Lak? Shehryar passed away in a tragic car accident on the 1st of December 2013. He was an active member of the University College Association of Debaters. Shehryar was in his first year of LLB Studies at the University. He was a very hardworking, kind and generous person. The event is dedicated and pays tribute to the late Mehr Shehryar Lak, as the name itself resonates amongst most, he was a person who always stood for what was right, he derived happiness form the joy of others and in all humility at his disadvantage worked for the contentment of others. Shehryar through his awe inspiring smile and larger than life self has surpassed death and all other metrics of life and we will forever remain in debt to him. May his soul rest in peace.
