Each exercise perform for 1 minute
No breaks between exercises. So once your minute is done give yourself 5-10 seconds to pick up the next weight and then rep it out for a minute.

After all 5 exercises are done. Take a minute break then jump back at the same routine for 3 rounds.

1 minute: Leaning Lateral raise
1 minute: DB Hammer Press
1 minute: Straight bar front raise
1 minute: Plate Shrugs
1 minute: Shoulder Taps
1 minute rest then repeat for 3 rounds total.
