Nighat Dad is a Pakistani lawyer and Internet activist who created and heads the organisation Digital Rights Foundation. She is amongst the pioneers who started advocating for internet freedom in Pakistan.
In 2015 she was named in Time magazines list of groundbreaking pioneers, for helping Pakistani women battle online provocation.

'Inaugurated in 1889 the Empress Market was designed as a meat, vegetable, fruit and household goods market.
It was meant for the families of the British administrators and soldiers and Goans and Parsis who inhabited Saddar. The area around the market had posh cafes, bars and Restaurants such as Saddar Tea rooms, Elphinstone Restaurant, India Coffee house and Cafe Parisian.
Badly dressed people were bit permitted to enter Saddar.' 🧐
