Next Level Growth Workshop | SI EA Siemens Pakistan

Last week’s Next Level Growth Workshop was an experience full of perspective, purpose, and people. A space where conversations turned into clarity and strategy met collaboration.

Being there as part of the SGES team, I led discussions around communication and transparency, while also showcasing one of my projects that ties into our larger vision for the future. What stood out to me most was how open exchange and cross-functional thinking can truly accelerate collective growth.

Each session felt like a step closer to building a more connected, forward-thinking, and resilient Siemens Pakistan, one that grows not just in numbers, but in shared direction and mindset.

Here’s to the momentum we’ve created, and to carry it forward with intent and energy.

Honored to be invited as a guest speaker at Leadership Uplift 2.0, organized by NED Girls Affairs Society.

The theme of our panel talk was “How to Overcome Self-Doubt”, a subject close to my heart as both an artist and a professional.

I had the privilege of sharing the stage with two inspiring writers, Mansoor Ahmed Khan and Shafia Khan, where we explored how self-doubt often shapes our journeys and how resilience, creativity, and purpose can help us rise above it.

Grateful to the organizers for creating such a meaningful platform, and to the audience whose energy and thoughtful questions made the discussion truly enriching.

"hal min nasirin yansurna?"
"Is there anyone who will come to our aid?"

While making this painting, I was thinking about how alone my Maula was. As a kid, when I wasn't able to understand Karbala like I do now, I used to wonder why everyone cries the most for Imam Hussain (as), although many were martyred on the 10th of Muharram. Now I know why, because he was the one who saw all that brutality, all alone. He witnessed his whole family and companions getting killed one after another. Oh, and the grief of being the last one to go to the battlefield when he knew that after him, no one would be able to protect the tents, the children, and the women of Ahl al-Bayt. More than anything, he was alone, all alone against those thousands. No one to take his body back to the tents, and no one would say, 'I'm coming to you, Ya Maula' when he fell down from Zuljanah.

Ya Maula Hussain (as), please accept my humble efforts to show the world what they did to you. Oh, Maula, I hope you hear me when I say, 'Labaik Ya Hussain (as).'"

"Where All Paths Begin"
Commission Work | Acrylic on Canvas | 40×38 inches

Made this painting last week
I really wanted a light, calming background—something that feels like the ocean… peaceful, but powerful.
It felt like the right energy to hold the words of Bismillah.

There’s something so special about seeing your business name glowing on the wall — a reminder of how far things have come.
Even more special? It was a gift from a dear friend who knew exactly what this would mean to me.
It’s not just a sign… it’s a little piece of joy, pride, and love all in one. 💡✨
