DESCRIPTION
Start Deutsch A1 is a beginners’ language course which prepares students to understand and use familiar, everyday expressions and very simple sentences, which relate to the satisfying of concrete needs. Introducing him/herself and others as well as ask others about themselves — e.g., where they live, who they know and what they own — and can respond to questions of this nature. Communication in a simple manner if the person they are speaking to, speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to help.
OBJECTIVE AND COURSE OUTLINE
Your language course is divided into 4 modules, Lesen und Schreiben – Hören und Sprechen (reading and writing - listening and speaking respectively). The objective of the course is to enable the students to understand context and information in German Written Passages. Writing small formal and informal Emails. Understand the basic spoken German used in daily communicating encounters in a relatively simple manner. Additional vocabulary other than the course book, will be taught to increase the inventory of basic vocabulary. All the Grammatical topics pertaining to The Course will be taught in depth for the understanding of the sentence structure.
EXAM PREPARATION
The preparation for the Goethe Start Deutsch A1 exam will be covered in the course. Students will be thoroughly prepared for appearing in exam. 4 simulations of the exam model paper will be solved after the completion of all the chapters of course book. All the exam preparation material will be provided to the students in digital form; including PDF and Audio Files of the model test papers. Exam pattern will be explained with important tips to solve Goethe Zertifikat A1.
Course Materials
REQUIREMENT
Having forehand knowledge of English or Urdu/Hindi, working laptop or mobile with internet connection and Microsoft Team application to attend the classes. Following books set is required for practising the course.
*If someone who cannot get the books, the PDF of the course book will be provided to the student, though it is better to have a physical book present while taking the class.

Class Strength
The course has minimum 10 and at most 20 participants. If enrolments are insufficient on the starting date, the course shall be postponed, and a new date shall be announced.
The choice of chosen time slot is binding. Changes are not allowed after the commencement of the classes.

There is no intention of any cash grab, like most of the other Language Institute have, specially Goethe Institute Karachi.
