Pulao recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati chawal
- 2 cup paani
- 2 tablespoon tel
- 1 pyaaz, chopped
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 teaspoon adrak paste
- 1 teaspoon lehsun paste
- 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder
- Namak, taste ke according
- Optional: sabziyan (matar, gajar, etc.) ya meat (chicken, beef, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Tel garam karein, jeera, pyaaz, adrak paste, aur lehsun paste daalein. Pyaaz golden brown hone tak pakaayein.
2. Chawal, paani, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak daalein. Achhi tarah mix karein.
3. Boil aane dein, phir gas kam karein, dhak dein, aur chawal pakne tak pakaayein.
4. Garam serve karein.
