Appreciation Post

Yesterday was one of the toughest days of my life. I was stuck with my pregnant wife for almost 6 hours on Natakhan Bridge near Drigh Road due to heavy rain and terrible traffic. My wife was in pain, my car broke down because of rainwater, and there was no way to move forward or go back. We were completely helpless and worried.

In such a difficult moment, when no one even trusts strangers anymore, a kind-hearted man from Shah Faisal Colony named Uzair came forward and asked me, “Can I help you?” He offered us shelter, food, and a safe place to stay for the night. Without any hesitation, he opened his home for us, gave us a warm room, and took care of us when we had nowhere else to go.

This act of kindness touched my heart deeply. In today’s world, finding such genuine humanity is rare. May Allah bless Uzair with endless happiness and reward him for his generosity. People like him are the real pride of Karachi.

Thank you so much, Uzair . You truly proved that humanity still exists.

VERIFIED CASE OF MY BROTHER'S CLOSE FRIEND

I’m writing this with a very heavy heart to ask for your support in what is the most difficult time of my life.

My newborn daughter has been diagnosed with a complex congenital heart disease, and sadly, the surgery she urgently needs cannot be performed in Pakistan due to its complexity.

After exploring all possible options, the most suitable and hopeful treatment plan we’ve found is at IJN Hospital in Malaysia, under the care of Dr. Shiva, a well-regarded heart specialist. We are hopeful, but time is not on our side.

The total cost for the surgery and hospitalisation is estimated at 150,000 to 170,000 Malaysian Ringgit (roughly PKR 1 Crore to 1.15 Crore and GBP 30,000). This amount is far beyond what I can afford.

For the past seven years, my family has already been fighting a tough battle – my mother has been undergoing treatment for cancer, and the emotional and financial strain of these years has left us exhausted and depleted.

Now, with my baby girl’s life on the line, I am humbly reaching out to all of you – friends, brothers, and sisters – with an appeal from a father’s heart:

Please help me save my daughter’s life.
