After nearly three decades, Khaas Contemporary will be closing down.
We are so grateful to all of the artists, art lovers, culture enthusiasts and more who have graced our doors over the years. From our very beginnings, Khaas had prided itself on being a contemporary rather than a traditional art gallery. We championed ‘thinking’ practitioners whose work evolves intelligently and meaningfully.
Zishan Afzal Khan, who was truly the lifeblood and soul of the gallery, was exceptionally proud to have supported the careers of many talented artists from across Pakistan. She, and her family, and the Khaas team, could not be more grateful to the community that has built around Khaas.
The Khaas story is not over - as the community continues, so will the legacy of the gallery. But for now, thank you to all of you for your ongoing support.
