Our Life Story
The 12 Bar Club (later 12 Bar Blues) was a music venue in London that opened in 1994 on the famous Denmark Street. During the early 1990s the building housed The Forge Folk & Blues Club, founded by Andy Preston who organized the performances and Nida Daniel who managed admissions and refreshments for customers. Some of the most famous musicians and groups to play at 12 Bar Club before they reached a wider audience include Adele, Martha and Wainwright.
The 12 Bar Club was awarded Live Music Venue of the year 1995/96 by the London Time Out Magazine. In 2012, London newspaper The Telegraph ranked 12 Bar Club as the second best music venue in the world.
12 Bar Club traded as 12 Bar Blues came to Pakistan in April 2018 in order to explore music talent of all genres including traditional Pakistani music and fusion music. 12 Bar Blues Music House offers live music venue for the youth, music school and retail musical instruments & accessories; not to forget an exceptional kitchen offering Mexican and Italians specialties.
