Masoud Pezeshkian says Iran has outlined three key conditions that could end the ongoing war and restore regional stability.

According to Pezeshkian, a ceasefire would require recognition of Iran’s “legitimate rights,” compensation for damages caused by attacks, and strong international guarantees to prevent future aggression.

The Iranian president said he reaffirmed Iran’s position during recent discussions with leaders from Russia and Pakistan, emphasizing that Tehran remains committed to peace but insists that its political and security demands must be addressed.

His remarks come amid rising tensions between Iran, the United States, and Israel, as diplomatic efforts continue behind the scenes to prevent a wider regional conflict.

Díaz also questioned the leadership readiness of German conservative leader Friedrich Merz, saying Europe faces a critical moment that requires stronger independent leadership across the continent.

Her remarks come amid growing debates across Europe over transatlantic relations, NATO responsibilities, and how European leaders should navigate shifting U.S. political dynamics.

U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar says Americans are “paying for genocide” as she criticizes U.S. policy toward Israel and recent strikes involving Iran.

Omar issued a sharp response following reported U.S.–Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, accusing the Trump administration of funding what she described as atrocities in Gaza and drawing the United States into a broader conflict with Iran.

“The American people are sick and tired of funding atrocities,” Omar wrote, again describing Israel as a “genocidal apartheid regime.”

Omar has been among the most vocal critics in Congress of U.S. military aid to Israel since the October 7 attacks, and she also argued that the recent strikes on Iran were illegal and not authorized by Congress.

The Donald Trump administration and Republican allies have defended the strikes, saying they were necessary to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

Israel and its supporters strongly reject the genocide accusations.

Meanwhile, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu in November 2024 over alleged war crimes in Gaza — a move Israel has dismissed as politically motivated.

BREAKING: Steve Witkoff, a U.S. envoy involved in Middle East diplomacy, said Israel is effectively “a one-bomb country,” warning that the nation’s small geographic size makes it highly vulnerable in the event of a major missile or nuclear strike.

His remarks highlight growing concerns among U.S. officials about regional escalation and security risks as tensions continue to rise across the Middle East.

Analysts say statements like this reflect the strategic vulnerability of densely populated states in modern missile warfare.

U.S. House Blocks Release of Congressional Sexual Misconduct Records

On March 4, 2026, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 357–65 to effectively block a resolution introduced by Rep.

Nancy Mace that sought to release investigation records related to sexual misconduct and harassment allegations involving members of Congress.

Instead of allowing disclosure, lawmakers voted to refer the resolution (H.Res. 1100) to the House Ethics Committee — a procedural move widely viewed as shelving the proposal indefinitely.

Mace introduced the resolution after allegations surfaced involving Rep.

Tony Gonzales and a former staffer. She argued that over $17 million in taxpayer funds have previously been used by Congress to quietly settle harassment claims and that the public has a right to know which lawmakers were involved.

The vote to block the release included 175 Republicans and 182 Democrats.

Following the vote, Mace posted:

"The loudest voices screaming ‘Release the Epstein Files’ just voted to bury the sexual harassment files of members of Congress."

Only 65 lawmakers — 38 Republicans and 27 Democrats — voted in favor of releasing the records.
