I don’t drink dairy milk for ethical and health reasons. Too many to list here. I wouldn’t consume dairy milk any sooner than I would consume dog or rat milk. I drink milk made for humans instead. My favourite is oat milk but there are so many plant milks to try like coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk… the list goes on.

Besides ethical and health reasons, animal agriculture can never be sustainable as it is a top contributor to climate change, deforestation, ocean acidification, biodiversity loss, and many other forms of environmental degradation.

As if that weren’t enough reason to evolve, factory farms are the perfect breeding grounds for zoonotic diseases. And nobody wants another pandemic.😷
