my favorite feeling is being satisfied by the way things are. i don't really have plans for the future because i don't even know what to do in the present. it's not just that i'm going with the flow but I'm the type to just accept things as they are, acknowledge it and move on. i don't like dreaming big either, i'm very cowardly and possible obstacles makes me scared, i'm working on it tho, i trust myself enough to keep it together and with that i'm satisfied.

Being angry is okay. Screaming at people and breaking stuff isn't. Being jealous is okay. Sabotaging relationships isn't. Being anxious and insecure is okay. Seeking validation by guilt tripping and manipulating people isn't. Being sad is okay. Intentionally dragging other people down with you isn't. What I'm trying to say is that while all of your emotions are valid, you still have a responsibility to express them in a healthy way.
