Meet Your 2nd Host: Mr. Justin Paul Uy Sim 🔥🎮

Behind every smooth event is someone who understands both creativity and operations.

Our second host is the Project Manager of Renegada Multimedia Production, experienced in supporting the artistic vision and the technical ex*****on that bring ideas to life.

He has worked as a Junior Editor for an overseas publishing company and several independent authors, supporting stories across different genres and markets.

Beyond publishing, he has hosted over 100+ sessions as a DM for Dungeons and Dragons Lost Mines of Phandelver, easing new players to help create their stories and varied experiences

His tech experience includes contributing to an Event Management App called Fankind used for major geek conventions such as SDCC 2024, LACC 2024, and ALA 2024 to help congoers navigate the sights.

From coordinating cross-functional teams across the U.S., Ukraine, Poland, and the Philippines to writing for gaming and pop culture publications, his work bridges global collaboration and local creative growth.

He organized Dota 2 and Counter-Strike Local Esports Tournaments at Level 21 Zamboanga NetCafe in 2019, proving his ability to handle local gaming communities and live events.

He is also the worldbuilder behind the sci-fi webcomic DimensionLock and the writer of “The Support,” a screenplay exploring the struggles of creative freelancers and AI.

He is also the Co-Partner of Jintetsu's Rig - Cosplay Crafts, supporting craftsmanship and fandom communities.

At the Kreative Community Workshop, he brings structure, imagination, and community-building experience to help guide conversations and spark meaningful connections.

Meet Your 1st Host: Ms. Aeon Rhys Abad ✨🎬

We are proud to introduce one of the driving forces behind the Kreative Community Workshop.

A Producer and Founder of Renegada Multimedia Production, she has continuously built spaces for storytellers, filmmakers, and creatives to grow and connect.

Her journey includes serving as a Film Festival Judge in Zamboanga City for PelikulAgraryo 2025 and CineChavacano 2026, shaping conversations around local cinema and emerging voices.

She is also a Junior Editor for a traditional publishing house and several independent authors, supporting stories from manuscript to publication.

Her debut short film Rescatarme (2020) won Best Film and Best Director at the Zamboanga Hermosa Film Festival 2020, and received an Honorable Mention at The Fear Faire Film Festival in California, USA.

Her second short film Pulong Bato (2022) premiered in the Philippines at the Indaypendent Film Festival via JuanFlix: The FDCP Channel, and had its Asian Premiere at the Out & Loud Pune International Q***r Film Festival in India.

With experience in filmmaking, publishing, and creative leadership, she brings both insight and heart to our gathering.

Our third speaker for our Kreative Community Workshop at Kakes and Kreams will be Mine Nitto of Re:C.VE Zero, Social Media Manager of Kakes and Kreams 💜

For years, Jazmin has been an active member of the local cosplay community participating in events, collaborating with fellow creatives, and continuously honing her craft.

Beyond the stage and photoshoots, she has also worked behind the scenes in organizing and community projects. We’ve even had the opportunity to collaborate with her on a HoYoverse-related project, where her creativity and professionalism truly stood out.

Today, she channels that same passion into her role as Social Media Manager for Kakes and Kremes building brand presence, managing content strategy, and connecting businesses with their audience in meaningful ways.

As someone balancing career, creativity, and community involvement, Jaz brings a grounded and relatable perspective on what it really means to turn passion into sustainable work.
