Mental health challenges are real. They affect people we loveโour friends, our families, even ourselves. Yet too often, they are hidden behind silence, fear, or shame. Many continue to struggle quietly, afraid of being misunderstood or judged, when what they truly need is compassion and understanding.
As Glenn Close reminds us, we must speak about mental health with the same openness and urgency as we do about cancer or heart disease. This October, as we observe ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ก๐ฉ๐ ๐ผ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐จ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐, letโs choose empathy over judgment, and conversation over silence.

Because healing begins when we open our hearts and speak our truth.
