Happy new year, everyone!
Isa na namang taon ang ating pinagsamahan, nsdga artists. Muli, tayo ay humarap sa panibagong yugto—katulad man ng mga nagdaang taon, ngunit may kaakibat na mas malalim na pagbabago, pagkatuto, at pag-asa.
Malugod naming ibinabalita na ating tinapos ang taon na puno ng pagkamalikhain at pagtutulungan mula sa iba’t ibang baitang at antas—pinagbuklod ng iisang layunin: “ituring na obra maestra ang bawat paggawa.” Ang inyong aktibong pakikilahok sa nagdaang taon ay naging mahalagang bahagi upang maisakatuparan ng nsdga art club ang adhikaing ito. Maraming, maraming salamat, guians!
Sa pagtatapos ng taon, taimtim naming hinihiling ang patuloy ninyong suporta at pakikiisa sa ating lumalaking pamilya. Inaabangan at pinahahalagahan na namin ang umaapaw na pakikilahok na inyong ibibigay sa mga darating pang gawain. Hangad namin na sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang mga haliging bumubuo sa nsdga art club—pagtutulungan, pagkakaisa, at pagkamalikhain.
Bagama’t naging maganda ang taong ito, hindi ito naging perpekto. Marami tayong nagawang kapuri-puri, subalit naniniwala kami na may puwang pa upang higit pa nating paghusayin ang ating mga sarili at mga gawain. Gaya ng sinabi ni bob ross, “it’s the imperfections that make something beautiful.” Ang bawat pagkukulang ay bahagi ng ating paglago at hakbang patungo sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.
Sa pagsalubong sa bagong taon, nawa’y kayo pa rin ang aming makasama—sa hirap at ginhawa, sa lungkot at saya—hanggang sa makamit ninyo ang mga inaasam na tagumpay at medalya.
Muli, bumabati ang nsdga art club ng isang masagana at mas maligayang bagong taon sa ating lahat.

Today we celebrate the birthday of the person who somehow manages to lead the art club while constantly covered in paint — even on days when we didn’t use paint. 💅🎨 How??? The world may never know. You are more than a captain—you are the heartbeat of the art club, the mind behind our ideas, and the soul that keeps us inspired to create, explore, and express ourselves without fear.

Thank you for:
• Leading us with patience even when we ask “Ano ulit ang gagawin?” for the 50th time
• Pretending you’re calm when the markers disappear… again
• Making sure we don’t fail arts and crafts even if some of us draw stick figures professionally
• Smiling through every chaotic art club meeting like, “Yes… this is fine.” 😊🔥
You’ve survived:
✓ Glitter in places glitter should not be
✓ Glue guns that are definitely safety hazards
✓ That one member who keeps asking for
✓ Always make us laugh and happy

If art is about suffering, then congrats — we’ve given you plenty 😌✋
But you still show up, you still lead us, and you still make the club fun and creative every single time. 🤝❤️
