After a months without service, the Chesed Choir resumed today on a Wednesday morning for Ash Wednesday, marking the start of the Lent season. Nevertheless, the Chesed Choir is still open for membership applications from both male and female singers.

On this day, we're celebriting the World Music Day. A music that plays an important role in every lives of an individual. It also played a significant role in our society, with people listening to it whether they are happy, sad, romantic, and excited or in any other situation or mood they have. with this, we can say that world without music is a world without emotion.
This day is celebrated every year to pay respect and commemorate those contributions in the field of music of every singers and musicians across the world.

And this 2022, the theme for the day is ‘Music on the intersections' — everyone can celebrate the day by simply listening to the songs and music they love.

2nd Session of Chesed Choir's Music Liturgy Workshop

Topics:
- Recap on History of Music, Melody and Rhythm
- Hands-on excercises on Sight Reading
- Hands-on excercises on Rhythm
- Hands-on excercises on using Piano (Mobile App)
- Key Signature and how to interpret and identify Scale of Chord.
- Tone Color or Timber
- Initially sight read and sung the SATB of Kyrie/Panginoon (Papal) by Mr. Francisco and Mr. Ferdz (sharing this to show our progress, not complete. We just rehearse this for minutes, no dynamics and other yet and sorry about the sssssssss 😅)
