The TMC Dance Squad Capability Building & Training 2026 was more than just a day of learningโ€”it was a day of growth, challenge, teamwork, and rediscovering what it means to be committed to the craft.

Behind every routine are countless hours of preparation. Behind every successful performance are dancers willing to learn, improve, and push beyond their limits. This training reminded us that excellence is not achieved overnightโ€”it is built one practice, one lesson, and one step at a time.

And this is only the beginning.

As we prepare for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027, the TMC Dance Squad will soon be opening its doors to aspiring members who are ready to grow, perform, and become part of a passionate community of artists and leaders.

As we close the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025โ€“2026, we look back with grateful hearts on a journey filled with performances, rehearsals, challenges, victories, setbacks, laughter, exhaustion, and growth.

We started strong, and despite everything that came our way, we are proud to say that we are ending strong too.

This year was not always easy. Along the way, our numbers became fewer than what we were used to. Some paths diverged, some chapters ended, and some members moved forward in different directions. Yet through it all, those who remained continued to show up, commit, persevere, and believe in what we could accomplish together.

This semester reminded us that strength is not measured by how many we are, but by how dedicated we are to the purpose we share. The few who stayed carried the team with passion, resilience, and unwavering commitment. For that, we are proudโ€”not only of what we achieved, but of who we became throughout the process.

To every member who attended rehearsals, endured long practices, sacrificed time, prepared costumes, performed on stage, and represented our team with prideโ€”thank you. Every effort mattered. Every contribution became part of our story.

As we move forward to another academic year, we know there will be new opportunities waiting for us. We also know there will be new challenges, struggles, adjustments, and obstacles to overcome. But if this year taught us anything, it is that we are capable of enduring more than we think and achieving more than we imagine when we remain united and committed.
