Sana po matuto tayong mag wait lahat and wag hingi ng hingi ng updates if it hasn't been a few days since the start of the production of your item and you did not avail for rush order at hindi niyo naman po sinabi kung kailan niyo need yung item. Ginagawa naman po namin yung items niyo before it exceeds the delivery queue.

Nag bigay po kami ng delivery queue (doesn't apply to rush orders) kasi nag bbase kami sa availability ng gagawa ng items niyo and ng materials na gagamitin namin.

We also have other more important priorities and were not always focused on our business 24/7, but we do try to reply to your messages and inquiries and make orders as soon as we can.
