𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 | Matthew 14:22–33

In the midst of the storm, Jesus reminds us: “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.” Like Peter, we may sometimes find ourselves surrounded by uncertainty, fear, and waves that test our faith. Yet, Christ invites us to keep our eyes on Him and trust that He is always near.

Today, as Koro Angelicus lifted our voices in service, we were reminded through the Homily of Fr. Jay M. Policarpio that sometimes, we simply need to allow the Lord to move in our lives. When we surrender and let Him lead, we make room for peace, victory over what weighs us down, and the grace to grow spiritually and deepen our relationship with Him.

May we learn not only to walk through the storms, but to let God take the lead through them. When we stop fighting for control and start trusting His presence, we discover that His grace has been carrying us all along. 🙏

𝟏𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞

The Kingdom of God is the greatest treasure we can ever find. Like the man who sold everything for the hidden treasure and the merchant who gave up all for the pearl of great price, Jesus reminds us that following Him is always worth every sacrifice. When we recognize Christ as our true treasure, letting go of everything else becomes an act of joyful love, not loss.

𝐒𝐈𝐗𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐈𝐍 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄

The Lord reminds us today that He sees beyond what our eyes can perceive. While we are quick to judge the weeds, God patiently waits for the harvest, giving every soul the chance to grow, repent, and bear fruit. 🌾

As we sing and praise this 16th Sunday in Ordinary Time, may we choose to become good wheat rooted in faith, nourished by His Word, and fruitful in love. Let us trust in God’s perfect timing, for His mercy is always greater than our judgment.

‘Whoever has ears ought to hear.’ (Matthew 13:43)

For thirteen years, Koro Angelicus has stood firm through every challenge, uncertainty, and storm. Our journey has never been defined by the hardships we’ve faced, but by the strength to rise above them together.

Resilience is more than our greatest strength, it is the foundation of who we are. Every trial has refined us, every setback has strengthened us, and every victory has reminded us that God remains at the heart of our mission.

As we celebrate our 13th anniversary, we give thanks for every voice, every sacrifice, every lesson, and every soul who has been part of this family.

May we continue to serve with humility, sing with purpose, and remain steadfast in faith for many years to come. ❤️‍🔥

Like the sower, God continually plants His word in our hearts.

As members of Koro Angelicus, we are not only called to sing beautifully but to become fertile soil where His word takes root. Every rehearsal, every Mass, and every act of service is an opportunity to let God’s grace bear fruit not for our own recognition, but so that others may hear His voice through our music.

May we always choose to be rich soil, allowing our ministry to produce a harvest of faith, hope, and love.

𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲

In reverent celebration of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, Koro Angelicus was blessed to serve the faithful through sacred music at San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish, with the Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Jay Policarpio and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Ricardo Bie.

As we honored the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, we were reminded that the Holy Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith—a gift that continually nourishes, strengthens, and unites us as one Church.

May our voices always proclaim His presence, not only in song but also in the way we live our lives. To Christ in the Blessed Sacrament be all glory, honor, and praise.
