Chair & cactus pose

Cactus pose (or "W" pose) is a beginner-friendly yoga posture that stretches the chest, shoulders, and upper back while strengthening the muscles around the shoulder blades and neck.while Chair pose (Utkatasana) is a powerful yoga pose that strengthens the lower body (quads, glutes, calves) and core while improving balance and posture.
