Finding Our Right Guide (BIC Bohol Travel Story)
It's been a while since our group "Brothers In Christ" Gathered specially on singing appointments, but on one Sabbath Afternoon a plan was made... A plan that will unknowingly be part of our Core Memories!
This is not just us having the best days of our Life in Bohol but also involves this One important Guide which we believe is working with us... the Fact that we made it a week in Bohol is already a miracle... yet amidst that [our stay and the process of going to Bohol] we encounter lots of what we call Divine interventions...
First, our scheduling going to Bohol is quiet tricky since we ought to adjust to accomodate each and everyone's schedule from our "SubB.I.C. Hiking group"... It was supposed to be on MAY... but it's too early so we decided to go for the first week of JUNE... but some of us will be left behind... So, a last sudden decision was made... and everyone agreed that it will happen on the last week of JUNE up to the first week of JULY...
Our Budget is quiet tight since almost all of us are students, yet God is still so good.. our planned budget in a day is just 50 php for 3 meals and we're all ready on a go for a diet... but as G.R. contacted his relatives on that scheduled date if possible we could lead the Sabbath Program on Calape SDA Church.. his Aunt informed him that it is her Birthday on that Sabbath day... plus as we arrived in Bohol, thankfully, it's on the right time where GR's Lola will be coming back all the way from Luzon.. so as we stayed in their New House.. Aside from Being heartfully full every meal, we are also richfully filled with Spiritual Learnings and Emotional Blessings with Lola Racquel's Shared Wisdom as a Teacher of how many decades... (We missed her already... hope to see to her in Cebu soon)
Back to Where we're still approaching the "DDay" on Bohol, Joshua informed us that he might go Back early since he heard that his class will start on 1st of July... But in few hours later that day.. it was announced on FB that it will be moved on the 7th of July... And that moment we can say that "God is Working with us!"
And what's even more amazing is that a day before our travel it poured rain like cats and dogs and a low pressure is happening that eventually might become a storm.. but thankfully, it didn't happen... our depature going to Bohol is smooth sailing!
So, as we are ready to commute from Tubigon port going to Calape, thankfully GR's uncle is available to fetched us on the right time... And Since a crusade is happening... We also participated not just on the Sabbath day but as well as the last part of their Crusade on Vespers...
We are so Blessed and Amazed beyond Measure, from our long safe road trips; to first time meeting (in more than 2 decades) the Grandparent of one of our Members; And Even our Wash Day, the rain never poured; upto the last moments of our trip, God has been faithfully Guiding us, the Lost of Battery, the Timely Devotional, the Concerned Love ones, the Change of Plan, the Beautiful Spring, the Timing when we met Lola Racquel coming to fetched us, the Flat tire, the Good Samarithan Brother who help us fixed our Car and Even the timing where we are almost ready to depart but on the main Road, suprisingly we met the car of GR's uncle for the purpose of fetching us to the port...
Over all, our trip is not just experiencing the Beauty of Bohol, it's more on reconnecting to nature, reliving memories with our friends, relearning values from the past thru our elders, and most of all, remembering God's Unconditional Love thru His Divine Interventions as our perfect Guide in this whole Bohol Journey and Adventure! Indeed, it's a "core memory" worthy experience!
