TWO MINUTE RULE from -Atomic Habits
If you want to start doing something or you want to do something in line with what you want to be.
Make sure to start doing it daily for just a minimum of TWO MINUTES.
The moment you show up and do that thing for TWO MINUTES will create that habit you want to incorporate in your system...
Every TWO MINUTES you spend on it daily creates that Habit. For example you want to become a person who has an athletic body. You got to exercise daily for TWO MINUTES. You will be amazed when you do it more than just TWO MINUTES.
