🎨✨ 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨-𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙨. ✨🎨

In celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week, the students of the Special Program in the Arts (SPA) had the privilege of sharing a meaningful and inspiring day with children with special needs of through an Art Workshop grounded in the theme:“Rights First, Legislation Forward: Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development.”

The Special Program in the Arts Visual Arts students headed by Sir Oscar L. Edig sat beside these young artists—not as teachers and learners, but as friends, mentors, and fellow creators. Together, they transformed blank canvases into vibrant expressions of imagination, confidence, and hope.

To all who continue to champion inclusion—thank you for helping build a community where differences are embraced and every individual is valued.

Our heartfelt and sincerest gratitude to the Tagum City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) for providing this meaningful opportunity to celebrate inclusion through art. Thank you for entrusting the SPA students of Tagum City National High School with the privilege of working alongside and mentoring children with special needs, creating an environment where creativity, understanding, and acceptance flourished.

We would also like to extend our deepest appreciation to Sir Oscar L. Edig and Ma’am Jasmin Perez Cabinian for their guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support in helping our students make this activity a success.

Special thanks to Sir Dionisio B. Siglos, Principal IV for his untiring support and steadfast commitment to the growth and development of our young artists. Your dedication continues to inspire excellence and service among our learners.

The TCNHS 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙪𝙨 𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙚 of Tagum City National High School proudly emerges as a 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙧 in the 53𝙧𝙙 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨 (NAMCYA) 𝙋𝘼𝘿𝘼𝙔𝘼𝙒 2026 under the Youth Choir – Mixed Voice Category.

Under the artistic leadership and musical excellence of Conductor 𝙅𝙝𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙚 𝙋. 𝙎𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙣, the choir demonstrated remarkable talent, discipline, dedication, and passion for choral music, earning the honor of representing the region in the next stage of this prestigious national competition.
