Yesterday’s auditions for Himig Sorsueños were nothing short of inspiring. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for every single young student who stepped forward, took their courage, and shared not just their voices, but their hearts and reasons for wanting to join our family.

It wasn’t an easy path, passing through all three stages since it requires pure determination and patience . At every level, we witnessed their incredible strengths, but we also saw their vulnerability and raw moments the hurdles they bravely faced and surpassed.

Yet, the real magic of yesterday’s audition went far beyond flawless pitches and acrobatic vocal runs. The heart of the room belonged to the stories behind the songs those moments where each singer showed how music has served as their sanctuary, their emotional compass, and ultimately, their purpose.

At last, yesterday’s auditions wouldn’t have been half as meaningful without these brave and talented students. Thank you for showing us your passion, your willingness to learn, and what music truly means to you.

Here’s to the journey ahead and the powerful things music can do when we share it together!
