Good morning, everyone! ☀️ Looking forward to sharing the courts with all of you today.

​Here are a few quick reminders for this morning's session:

​🔹 Court Assignments & Format
​DUPR Play: 2 courts (Ideally Courts 3 & 4)
​Open Play: 2 courts (Ideally Courts 5 & 6)
​⚠️ Note: Courts 1 & 2 will only open up for us if no one else is renting them out.
​Games are played to 11 (win by 2, 1 slide). Sudden death games will max out at 13-12.

​🔹 Stacking & Partners
​There will be 2 separate stacks (one for DUPR, one for Open Play).
​Ideally, we want everyone to switch partners every game! If you'd like to reshuffle, just let the stacker know. Otherwise, we will default to a winner-vs-winner / loser-vs-loser stacking system.

​🔹 Logistics & Fees
​Fee: 100 PHP. Please try to remember your player number when you sign off and pay either at the entrance with the guard or at the front desk with the receptionist ladies.
​Equipment: Balls are available to borrow, but please remember to kindly return them to the stacking table when you're done. 🙏

​🔹 Important Note for DUPR Games
​For matches to count toward DUPR, you strictly need your ReClub account connected to your DUPR account. If you want to encode matches directly via DUPR on your own, you are welcome to do so.

Hey everyone! We are thrilled to announce a brand-new trial partnership between The Quiet Hands and The Riverside Courts! To kick things off and start your June the right way, we are majorly expanding our schedule and upgrading our court management.

Here is what you need to know:
📅 WEEKLY SCHEDULE We are now organizing sessions 5 days a week!
• Monday: Open Play
• Wednesday: Open Play
• Friday: Open Play
• Saturday: DUPR Matches/Open Play
• Sunday: Open Play

💳 ENTRY & PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Head to the Riverside front desk / entrance.
2. Pay the 100 PHP entry fee.
3. Write your name on the sheet, and the staff will assign a corresponding number to your name.

🔄 SAY GOODBYE TO PADDLE STACKING! We want to keep the games rolling smoothly. We will no longer be stacking paddles.
Instead, we are moving to a Numbered Card Queue System. This means:
• No more leaving your expensive paddles on the ground/rack.
• Zero double-stacking confusion.
• A much smoother, fairer rotation for everyone!

📊 DUPR LOG RULES Want to get your matches rated? We welcome the recording of DUPR games via our Reclub meet ONLY if all 4 players on the court are checked into the Reclub event and have an active DUPR account.

📌 MORNING DUPR SESSION REMINDERS ☀️🏓

Hi everyone! We are incredibly excited for our upcoming sessions. To keep our growing community organized, playing efficiently, and building those DUPR ratings, please take note of our official guidelines below:

⏱️ 1. CHECK-IN & FEES
Please pay your 100 PHP court fee at the front desk before heading to the courts.

Make sure to log your name on their sign-in sheet (located on the right side as you enter).

🔄 2. MATCHMAKING & PARTNERS (UPDATED)
We are switching to a traditional open play stacking system (no longer using ReClub to auto-generate matches).

Crucial for DUPR: To increase everyone's DUPR reliability scores, changing your partners as much as possible is highly encouraged! Let’s mix it up, play with new faces, and get a great variety of matchups.

📱 3. PRE-REQUISITES
Your ReClub account MUST be connected to your DUPR account ahead of time before you join the session. This ensures a completely seamless process when we log the matches.

📊 4. FORMAT & COURT USAGE (UPDATED)
Great news! We are now semi-recognized as a recurring group by The Riverside Courts for our MWF sessions.

We will always have 2 courts dedicated and ready for us. * We can spill over into the other 4 courts if they are available, but we must give way to players who have hourly bookings or other open-play players not participating in our DUPR session.

📝 5. LOGGING SCORES (UPDATED)
Games are played to 11 (win by 2 once, then sudden death).

To ensure 100% accuracy, please approach the host table and enter your scores directly into the tablet.

❌ No more logbooks: We will not be using a physical logbook to avoid illegible handwriting or player aliases.

💬 If the host is in a match: Please post your score directly in our ReClub chat using this exact format so it can be encoded later:

(Winning Player 1 / Winning Player 2) vs (Losing Player 1 / Losing Player 2) — Score: [Win/Loss]
