A familiar Filipino song that reminds us of the hard work, patience, and sacrifices of our beloved Filipino farmers. 🧡🌱

Sa bawat butil ng palay, sa bawat pagkaing nakahain sa ating hapag, naroon ang pawis, tiyaga, at pagmamahal ng mga magsasakang patuloy na nagsisikap upang may makain ang bawat pamilyang Pilipino.

🌾 Sa ating mga magsasaka, saludo po kami sa inyo!

Kahit mahirap ang inyong gawain, patuloy kayong nagtatanim ng pag-asa para sa kinabukasan ng ating bayan. Huwag sana kayong mawalan ng pag-asa sa kabila ng mga pagsubok. Nawa’y dumating ang panahong mas pahalagahan ang inyong mga sakripisyo, mabayaran nang makatarungan ang inyong paggawa, at maibigay ang suportang nararapat sa inyong hanapbuhay.

🧡✨ WHAT IF THE SECRET TO GROWING A BUSINESS WASN’T COMPETITION, BUT COLLABORATION?

Back in the 1990s, a simple act of brotherly love helped shape a family business legacy that Jena’s Pulp Craft continues to carry today. ❤️🌿

This is a story of two brothers, a shared craft, and a beautiful reminder that when family helps family grow, there is room for everyone to succeed. 🤝🧡

When our father, Jerry Bagayana, wanted to collaborate with his brother, Wilfredo “Wel” Bagayana, a woodcarver and an entrepreneur, on his paper pulp business, Tito Wel generously shared his craft, taught him what he knew, and even connected him with potential buyers. Instead of keeping his knowledge to himself, he chose to help his brother grow.

During those golden years, both WWB and Jena’s Pulp Craft flourished in their own ways, serving different clients and building their own markets. Walang agawan, walang kompetisyon—because we believe there is room for everyone to grow. 🌱

For us, collaboration and caring for family are more than business values. They are a legacy passed down through generations.

And this is the kind of culture we hope to share with others: when we help one another grow, we create more opportunities for everyone. 🧡✨
