Friday Devotional 🙏

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree. (Galatians 3:13, KJV)

Christ took the curse so we wouldn't have to carry it. The redemption is His substitution on the cross, not our performance under the law — grace finished what the law never could.

Thursday Devotional 🙏

Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. (Colossians 1:13, KJV)

The deliverance is described as already done — past tense, finished. We didn't work our way out of darkness; grace transferred us into the Son's kingdom entirely by His doing.

Wednesday Devotional 🙏

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. (Romans 8:33-34, KJV)

No accusation can stick, because it was never our righteousness holding it off — it's Christ's finished death and resurrection. He intercedes for us now, not because we've earned it, but because grace already settled the verdict.

Tuesday Devotional 🙏

And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:6, KJV)

This isn't a future hope to strive toward — Paul writes it as already accomplished. Grace has already seated us with Christ; our position in Him doesn't depend on anything we do from here.

Monday Devotional 🙏

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18, KJV)

Fear has no place in a finished work. Jesus' perfect love already dealt with sin and judgment, so there is nothing left to be afraid of — His love, not our effort, is what casts fear out.

Friday Devotional 🙏

"Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 5:20-21, KJV)

No matter how much sin multiplied, grace didn't just match it — grace overflowed far beyond it. Through Jesus, grace now reigns, not sin, and that reign leads to eternal life.
