Safety is our #1 priority of FairyTrail.

We would like to let you know that the safety of our guest and our staff is very important. We have made significant changes to our playground to ensure you and your family can revisit safely. Our team is eager and committed to provide a safe environment for your kids to get their energy out!

FairyTrail has adopted the following measures to ensure that our facility is safe and clean at all times:
– We will operate at limited capacity according to the LGU & IATF requirement
- We will ensure ease of movement while maintaining one meter (3 feet) of distance from others
– We will clean and sanitize all toys throughout the day
– Frequently touched areas will be sanitized throughout the day
– We will limit the number of children allowed on each play area

The following will apply to customers:
– Contactless temperature check during check-in
– Face mask is required inside the playground. We sell face masks if needed.
– All customers will be asked to remove shoes upon check-in. No shoes allowed inside.
– All customers will be asked to clean their hands with sanitizer during check-in and check out.
– All customers will be asked to supervise their kid(s) at all times to ensure social distancing

NOTE: Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 or has been in contact with a person with COVID-19 should not be allowed. Please consider the well being of our guests and staff and visit us again once you are better.

As COVID-19 alert level evolves, we are monitoring the latest updates from AITF, LGU, DOH and following their guidelines and recommendations.
