Marrow Jerry Cabodel, formerly as Gerry Marro Cabodil, has a bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Advertising and Painting at the Feati University, Manila, Philippines where he received, for his thesis, the classes’ highest grade at 97.8!
He started drawing when he was two years old in his home city of Tacloban. In his professional career, he has achieved the position of associate creative director at InterMark Advertising, Marketing, and Consultancy in Cairo, Egypt under the name Mr. Derek Robins and he is a veteran senior creative director at McCann Erickson Ad Agencies in London and in South Africa.
Currently, he’s working as a freelance artist with Freelancer.com where he has won ten contests and counting in various categories.
He has learned through many failures and successes, disappointments and difficulties, and arrived at a place in his life where he feels happy — one of the greatest successes man can achieve!
