Every January 18, the City celebrates its Sikhayan Festival in conjunction with its Founding Anniversary. Sikhayan, which stands for Pagsisikap sa Kabuhayan, is an annual event celebrating the Rosenians’ spirit of enterprise that has, through the decades, fueled the city’s economic growth. The event is highlighted by the annual street dance competition participated by students from the different local public schools.
