Our Bass who may be quiet at first, but slowly shows more of his personality and starts joining in sa kulitan and bonding moments ng kural. 🫶✨ Thank you for opening up and letting us get to know you more along the way.

| What is Timon-Bangkilan 2026?

Ang Timon-Bangkilan ay higit pa sa isang programa. Ito ay plataporma’t malinaw na pahayag para sa pamumunong demokratiko, siyentipiko, at inklusibo 🌊

“Timon” ang tawag sa kasangkapang ginagamit sa paggabay ng direksiyon ng sasakyang-pandagat (helm sa Ingles), samantalang ang “bangkilan” ay sagwang nagtutulak dito upang umusad (oar).

Unang inulunsad ito noong March 2025, sa ilalim ng Student Council Office of the Vice President (OVP), bilang two-day training-seminar para magsilbing interbasyon sa bumababang bilang ng mga lider-estudyante na lumalahok sa halalan ng kanilang mga organisasyon at maging sa Konseho—pareho bilang kandidato at botante. Evidence-based din ang approach ng programa kung saan ganap na isinagawa ang pre- at post-assessments para makita ang kaibahan sa kaalaman ng mga dumalo bago at pagkatapos ng mga diskusyon. Sa ganitong paraan, layon na mas maging civic-conscious at handa sa hamon ng paglilingkod ang mga dumalo.

Pinalad na magwagi sa DAGITAB: Punla ng Pagbabago 2026—isang seed-grant competition sa ilalim ng opisina ng Lone District Congressman of Santa Rosa—ang programa, kaya sa pagkakataong ito, ngayong July 14, 2026, sa Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) — Laguna Auditorium gaganapin ang ikalawang Timon-Bangkilan. Mas pinalawak pa ang saklaw nito sa pamamamagitan ng paganyaya sa lahat ng lider-kabataan sa Lungsod ng Santa Rosa, partikular sa mga miyembro ng student councils and governments, at mga Sangguniang Kabataan officials.

Kaya tara na, sumama ka na sa paglalayag para sa mabuting pamamahala!
