• You may want to avoid cartilage or surface piercings as these are higher risks.

• Start with just one piercing to see how your skin reacts before getting more.

• Using titanium or hypoallergenic jewelry helps reduce irritation and reactions.

• Follow the aftercare strictly - clean it daily with saline solution, and avoid bumping the area.
