CMSPE The CMSPE is the Official Artistic Ensemble of the annual San Pablo Grand Mechanical Pipe Organ Concert. Founded by Msgr.

Jerry Bitoon in 2024, under the baton of Mr. Cristofer Catapang, cathedral’s music director and first titular organist.
