Dahil kapag dinibdib mo, ikaw ang talo.

Ang Sama ng loob, galit at p**t ay hindi mabuting itanim, sa puso o isip man. Dahil ikaw din ang mahihirapan sa kalaunan.

Mas magandang mamuhay ng nagpapatawad at kumakalimot. Bukod sa makakatulog ka na ng mahimbing, makakagalaw ka rin ng walang ibang alalahanin, at walang dinadala sa kalooban.
