Sniff Etiquette😊

We are incredibly excited to bring together both seasoned collectors and new enthusiasts to share their passion at our community table. To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we want to share some collective feedback from our past events so we can move forward with even greater care, respect, and shared grace.

Fragrance handling etiquette:

Our community table relies on mutual trust. Please always ask the owner for permission before handling or spraying any bottle.

When handling a fragrance, please hold it securely by the base rather than the cap to prevent accidental drops, and kindly avoid spraying directly onto or inside the caps.

Attendance: Event access and registration: To maintain a comfortable and seamless experience for all our attendees, we kindly ask everyone to adhere strictly to their designated ticket tier or invitation window.

Walk - ins are welcome after 6PM Saturday.

We have sent our first round of emails to our community. Next round of emails will be for tomorrow and will close the Google form. A new form for walk-in guests will be created.

VIP Hour Limit: Please respect the designated VIP Hour. A separate email will be sent to our VIP guests.

VIP Hour is strictly on Saturday, August 22, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM only.

🔴 General admission & walk in guests will not be permitted entry during this time.

Sniff Etiquette: Please practice proper sniffing etiquette, . Ask the owners permission, respect each others' personal space, and handle shared bottles with care.

Plus-Ones: Registration is strictly required for everyone. Please ensure all your plus-ones are fully lregistered before arriving.

Walk-In Policy: We are prioritizing registered guests. We will strictly not accept any walk-ins until 6:00 PM on Saturday.

Right of Admission: To maintain a premium and safe environment, the organizers reserve the right to
decline access to any unruly or disruptive guest.

VIP hour slot taking will close on August 20. Registered participants with an event bracelet will be prioritized for admission and giveaways, while supplies last. Giveaways are reserved for guests who register on or before August 20 to help us better manage event logistics. Please visit our registration table to collect your event bracelet. Please also register your plus one for seamless admission.

VIP hour is August 22 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, which is the best time to get first dibs on our new product launch. We will send a confirmation email soon, along with the district map and sniff etiquette.

Walk-ins are welcome until full capacity is reached. Once full capacity is reached on our first day, walk-ins can return at a later hour from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Organizers reserve the right to decline admission to any guest who fails to follow the rules and sniff etiquette. Please follow our page for updates.

Last night was a FragCom Exclusive ticketed event from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM! We sniffed all the fragrances we possibly could, strategically budgeted our skin real estate, danced, and sang our hearts out. We also did oracle card pulls and enjoyed amazing scents while sharing olfactory experiences, perfume history, and recent life updates with great company. It was wonderful being surrounded by seasoned collectors and new enthusiasts alike.
