Ronald Castrillo is a Filipino sculptor known for transforming metal into dynamic, expressive works that bring imagination into three-dimensional form. Renowned for his mastery of materials such as brass, bronze, steel, and iron, his sculptures, ranging from monuments and public installations to intricate standalone pieces have helped elevate contemporary Filipino sculpture and are displayed in prominent public spaces across the Philippines.

Born on June 3, 1964, Castrillo grew up in a family deeply rooted in the arts. His parents, Aurea Castrillo and Amado Castrillo, nurtured his creativity from an early age. At just ten years old, he began training in their family workshop in Makati, where his father guided him from simple sketches to more refined artistic skills that eventually led him to sculpture.

Castrillo later earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, majoring in Aircraft Design, from PATTS College of Aeronautics. His background in engineering informs his sculptural process, allowing him to combine technical precision with artistic vision. Known for carefully planned compositions and fluid metal forms, Castrillo believes that great sculptures begin with powerful ideas and are realized through disciplined craftsmanship. Today, he remains one of the leading figures in contemporary Filipino sculpture.

Born in Quezon City in 1965, ๐—”๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—š๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜‡๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ is a Filipino, master of stylized landscapes whose works pulse with color, movement, and cultural storytelling. His artistic journey is rooted in humility and craftsmanship.

He took refrigeration and air-conditioning at the Guzman Institute of Technology and began his professional art career doing movie billboards at Sagmit Advertising in Tondo, a formative experience that honed his skill in large-scale compositions, strong outlines, and vibrant imagery. He continued this path from 1988 to 1994 with Judo Advertising in Galas, Quezon City.

A pivotal moment came in 1991 when Gonzales encountered the works of early Cebuano artist Canuto Avila, inspiring him to experiment with vertical landscape formats reminiscent of traditional Chinese scrolls. By 1999, his style evolved again, his once naive landscapes transformed into stylized terrains filled with rolling, undulating hills and skies painted in variegated neo-hues, echoing the dynamic color philosophies of Zalameda and Salita. Today, Allan Gonzales is known for his folk-inspired visual storytelling. Mary Jane Palma Daquiatan, professionally known as MJ Palma, is a Filipino visual artist recognized for her vibrant, symbolic paintings centered on koi fish and lotus imagery. Born and raised in Sampaloc, she developed an early appreciation for art, encouraged by her cousin, Kuya Dante, who inspired her to pursue creative expression.

Although she took a different academic path, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Far Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Makati her passion for art remained constant. A self-taught artist, MJ Palma eventually embraced painting as her true calling, merging discipline from her academic background with an intuitive, expressive visual style.

Her body of work is distinguished by the recurring presence of koi fish, a powerful symbol in Japanese culture associated with prosperity, perseverance, strength, and familial unity.
