Attended a Sound Healing & Wellness Festival with my bebii and it was such a beautiful experience.
From the ritual of movement, sound and ceremony, to the Anima Tierra drum circle opening, hanggang sa grand closing sound bath guided by amazing sound healers with sacred incenses. sobrang grounding and heart opening.
We also joined gentle sessions in meditation, Iyengar yoga, Access Bars, Tawas and Feng Shui. Sayang I missed the cacao ceremony with Teacher Grace, but next time for sure.
Special thanks to Teach Kimpoy for sharing this event with us . kung hindi niya shinare, we wouldn’t have experienced this beautiful journey.
And of course, thank you to my bebii for being with me and sharing the same tone and energy throughout this experience.
Overall, such a heartwarming and grounding journey. Grateful for this experience with my bebii.
