They say once a dancer, always a 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗥. From the very first time we stepped onto the floor to the seasons where we become the mentors, the passion never truly leaves.

Today is a tribute to the "old" dancers who showed us what grace and strength look like, and to the "new" generation pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. It doesn't matter if your stage is a grand theater, a local festival, or just your living room—if you’ve ever let the music take control, you’re part of this beautiful story.

𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜: SJCNHS SIKLAB Dance Troupe earned 1st Runner-Up at the Street Dance Competition after an energetic parade performance on January 24, 2026, leading to St. Niño 2nd Bypass Road. Their coordinated moves and strong energy turned the streets into a lively stage, delivering a performance that left a lasting impression and a victory the school will proudly carry forward.

Thank you so much, Sir and Ma'am, only for being our dance teachers but for being an inspiration that helped us grow in discipline, teamwork, and love for the art. These lessons are something we will carry with us wherever life takes us. Every step and every movement holds meaning and tells a story all because of you.

Sidlak became more than just a dance company. We became a family with direction, purpose, and a legacy to uphold. You didn’t just teach us skills you gave us inspiration that touched our hearts.

You’re all not only built Sidlak, but also served as role models for class advisers and countless students. Your teachings went far beyond dance they reached deep into the lives of many young people throughout the school.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 & 𝟮 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!

Held at the Pag-asa Gym of San Jose City National High School - Senior High School, the two-day audition brought together dancers with fire, drive, and heart.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 was facilitated by the Sidlak officers and members, with the guidance of Sir Nico, Ma’am Regie, and a few of our amazing alumni who came back to support the next wave of performers.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 kept the momentum going — this time with Sir Kenneth joining in. Auditionees brought their A-game, delivering standout performances that showcased not just skill, but teamwork, passion, and commitment.

The 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗹𝗮𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 has always been more than just a dance group — it’s a family built on discipline, growth, and shared passion. After two days filled with energy and talent, one thing’s for sure: Sidlak’s next generation is ready to carry the name with pride.
