mabait naman wag lang kayo abuso ✌🏼😆
Maraming negosyo ang nalulugi dahil sobrang bait ang owner.
That statement used to bother me.
Because being kind
sounds like a strength.
And it is.
Until kindness starts
replacing leadership.
I've watched business owners
delay difficult decisions for months.
Underperforming employees stay.
Problematic clients stay.
Broken systems stay.
Why?
Ayaw nilang may masaktan.
Ayaw nilang magmukhang masama.
Ayaw nilang magkaroon ng conflict.
Pero every
delayed decision has a cost.
A weak hire affects
the whole team.
A toxic client
affects morale.
A poor process creates
frustration every day.
The business keeps paying for problems
that should have been addressed months ago.
I've experienced seasons
where I held on too long.
I kept hoping
people would change.
I kept waiting
for ownership to appear.
I kept believing
one more chance would solve it.
Most of the time, it didn't.
One lesson became clear.
Leadership requires kindness.
Leadership also requires courage.
The people depending on your company
deserve protection too.
Your customers deserve quality.
Your team deserves standards.
Your family deserves a
business that stays healthy.
Sometimes the
most loving decision is correction.
Sometimes the most
responsible decision is removal.
Sometimes the best thing you can do
for someone is allow reality
to teach what comfort never could.
When I look back at the seasons
where growth became difficult,
the problem was rarely effort.
The problem was
delayed leadership.
A business can survive mistakes.
A business struggles when
leaders stop making decisions.
And many good businesses become fragile
because the owner keeps choosing
comfort over clarity.
