💃 Pop Dance – Secondary Level

With the theme “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting,” this celebration highlights creativity, cultural pride, and artistic excellence among San Carlos City learners.

We respectfully invite school heads, MAPEH Coordinators, Special Program in the Arts learners, parents, and valued stakeholders to join us in 2026 National Arts Month celebration and in supporting our local young artists.

In a spirit of unity and shared heritage, the Teachers and Staff of Tandang Sora Elementary School, together with esteemed Division Officials, gathered to commemorate the 45th Tandang Sora Elementary School Day and to honor the 214th Birth Anniversary of Melchora “Tandang Sora” Aquino.

The celebration was marked by a warm, meaningful, and fellowship-filled gathering, where participants enjoyed a simple yet hearty and joyfully shared meal, strengthening camaraderie and reaffirming our collective commitment to service and excellence in education. This memorable occasion reflected not only gratitude for the school’s enduring legacy but also deep respect for the life and patriotism of Tandang Sora, whose courage continues to inspire generations.

Together, we celebrate history, unity, and the values that bind our school community.

🎉45th Tandang Sora Elementary School Day Celebration🎉

As part of the celebration of Tandang Sora Elementary School Day and in commemoration of the 214th Birth Anniversary of Melchora “Tandang Sora” Aquino, a series of well-organized and engaging games were successfully conducted on January 6, 2025.

The activity was actively participated in by learners from Grades 4 to 6, who demonstrated commendable teamwork, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm throughout the event. The games were effectively facilitated by the respective advisers and relief teachers of each grade level, ensuring orderly implementation, meaningful participation, and enjoyment for all pupils.

This celebration not only paid tribute to the life and legacy of Melchora “Tandang Sora” Aquino but also fostered camaraderie, strengthened school spirit, and promoted joyful learning within the school community. Congratulations and sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this activity.

Today, January 6, 2026, Tandang Sora Elementary School solemnly held a Holy Mass in celebration of the 124th Birth Anniversary of Melchora “Tandang Sora” Aquino, who was born on January 6, 1812. The meaningful gathering honored the life, courage, and patriotism of our school’s namesake, whose legacy continues to inspire generations.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Rodel Luneta and was graced by the presence of PSDS Cresencio B. De Asis Jr., EPS in Araling Panlipunan Joclin D. Mag-aso, School Principal Belinda B. Teo, together with the dedicated faculty and staff of Tandang Sora Elementary School. Their participation reflected unity, gratitude, and reverence in commemorating this significant historical milestone.

May the values exemplified by Tandang Sora—selflessness, bravery, and love of country—continue to guide our school community in nurturing responsible and patriotic learners.

Tandang Sora Elementary School proudly held its annual Lights-On Program last December 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the TSES School Ground.
It was a joyous and meaningful gathering that illuminated the spirit of unity, hope, and community.

We were honored by the presence of our School Principal Mrs. Belinda B. Teo, PSDS Cresencio B. De Asis, Jr., together with the dedicated TSES Faculty and Staff, and our ever-supportive parents who made the celebration even more special.

Today, our Special Program in the Arts (Grades 4 to 6) pupils felt a spark of inspiration as we welcomed the ever-talented Ms. Cydel Gabutero to Tandang Sora Elementary School. 🎶✨

Your visit was more than just a courtesy call — it was a gift of hope, encouragement, and belief in the power of dreams. Seeing you, hearing your story, and feeling your kindness reminded our young artists that their passion matters and that their dreams are worth chasing. 🌟
