DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES for BRANCH MANAGER
=Oversee the day to day operations of the branch and the implementation of all the standard operating procedures of the company to immediately address and solve issues and concerns of the branch
=Execute and disseminate all the information and memos issued by the Operation Department regarding operations matters, promotions, special rates, and amendments to the existing company policies and procedures.
=Provide good customer service to all customers and attend to their needs. Market new clients and achieve the common goal of the company.
=Make recommendations on how to increase branch sales, scout for a strategic plan, and come up with other ideas that can help the company grow even bigger.
=Protect all the company property, like the machines and panels, and maintain its presentability and cleanliness, as well as office supplies and furniture and fixtures.
=Perform other duties that management may assign from time to time.
=Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities when deemed necessary, to staff to meet company goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS for BRANCH MANAGER:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing or any related field
-strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
-Analytical and problem solving skills
-proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
-excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-proficient in Microsoft office
-1-3 years of experience in a related field
QUALIFICATIONS for CASHIER
-preferably female
-18-25 years old
-basic math proficiencies
-positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
-ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple task.
-trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
-computer literate proficient in Microsoft office, i.e excel, word
~flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the operational hours
-good interpersonal communication, verbal and written communication
~Work related experience is an advantage
~High school and Senior High graduate are encourage to apply
