A gentle reminder to our dear buyers 🤍
For every order we receive on Shopee, we make sure to message buyers once the order is confirmed, and we also send photos before shipping out your item so you can check everything first.
If ever you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible, preferably before the item gets shipped out.
Once an order is already in transit and gets cancelled, the parcel will be returned to us and the shipping costs for the return will be shouldered by the seller. As a small business, this really affects us.
We also kindly ask everyone to please avoid cancelling handmade/custom orders, since time, effort, and materials have already been invested in making them specially for you.
