Being ready is a myth.

Most people spend years waiting for the perfect moment. Waiting until they feel more confident. More skilled. More certain. More prepared.

But the truth is, that moment rarely comes.

Nobody starts out knowing exactly what they’re doing.

You start.

You suck.

You make mistakes. You feel awkward. You question yourself. You wonder if everyone else has it figured out while you’re just making it up as you go.

But that’s how every journey begins.

Every athlete was once out of shape.
Every entrepreneur made bad decisions.
Every creator posted content nobody watched.
Every expert was once a beginner who had no clue what they were doing.

The people who achieve the things you admire aren’t the ones who felt ready.

They’re the ones who started anyway.

They kept showing up long enough to learn.
Long enough to improve.
Long enough to become the person they once wished they could be.

So stop waiting for confidence.
Stop waiting for certainty.
Stop waiting to feel ready.

Start now.

Be bad at it.
Learn from it.
Figure it out.

Because the version of you that can do it doesn’t appear before you begin.

It gets built along the way.

Meet the Man Behind "Big Boys Gym"

who knows what ‘zero’ feels like.

He started with zero members, one rusty barbell, and a promise: ‘I’ll keep to rebuild for anyone who walks in broken.

I was that student. No gym nearby. 1 hour travel just to lift. Skipped sessions, skipped meals, skipped hope.

After graduating and getting work, I made one promise: I’ll build my own gym. So the next kid doesn’t waste 1 hour on a commute just to chase confidence.

This isn’t just business. It’s passion. It’s my hobby. It was my coping mechanism when the weight on my mind hit. It’s how I built self-esteem from zero.

"Built this for the student I used to be"
