Make sure to read this list before heading to the concert tomorrow!!

TICKET CLAIMING:

1. You may claim your ticket by having your QR code scanned at the event venue by the official FENIX360 personnel. QR codes must be opened straight from the app.

2. After getting your QR code scanned, a wristband and a ticket corresponding to your section will be given.

3. You must present your wristband and physical ticket when you enter the venue.

REMINDERS:
1. Screenshots will not be allowed, QR codes are not transferrable.
2. There will be no queuing number. This is a first come, first serve basis.
3. All users who have a valid QR code on their apps will be given a wristband and physical ticket — regardless of what time they can claim them.
4. Bring a valid ID.

SCHEDULE:
1. Official ticket claiming starts at 10:00 AM
2. Official lining up starts at 4:00 PM
3. Gates open at 5:00 PM
4. Show starts strictly at 7:00 PM

Claiming of tickets will be at the 2nd floor of the bridgeway, near Balcony and Loge entrances (after pizza hut)
