Are you passionate about dubbing and music, sound engineering, and the magic of creating great audio? Mothership Recording Studios is looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team β with tracks available for Dubbing Production and Office Staff Support!
What You'll Do:
For Dubbing Production:
- Assist with recording, mixing, and editing sessions for dubbing projects (film, animation, commercials) and music tracks

- Learn to operate studio equipment and software (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, etc.)
β
- Support the engineering team with session setup, equipment maintenance, and organization
β
- Interact with voice talents, clients, and artists, ensuring a smooth and positive studio experience
β
- Gain hands-on insight into dubbing project management and production workflows
For Office Staff:
- Help manage administrative tasks including scheduling studio sessions, answering inquiries, and maintaining records
β
- Assist with client communication, preparing contracts, and processing project paperwork
β
- Support team coordination by organizing meetings, updating calendars, and managing inventory
β
- Learn about studio operations, budgeting basics, and industry logistics
β
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow between office and studio departments
What We're Looking For:
- A strong interest in dubbing production, music industry, or office administration
β
- Basic knowledge of recording software/equipment (for dubbing track) or office tools (MS Office/Google Workspace β for office track) is a plus, but not required (weβll teach you!)
β
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
β
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
β
- Available for 5 days per week (flexible scheduling for students)
