We are pleased to inform you that the frames and packages for photoshoots conducted in Feb 2026 are now being processed for release.
Pick-Up Details
Please visit our studio during the following window:
• Date: March 28 2026
• Time: 3:00PM–5:00PM

Courier & Third-Party Logistics (Lalamove / Grab / Pasabay)
For those opting for third-party delivery, please take note of our releasing policy:
• Quality Assurance: All packages are thoroughly inspected and handed over to the courier in perfect condition.
• Liability: The studio shall not be held liable for any damages incurred during transit or handling by logistics providers.
• Finality: Concerns regarding the physical condition of the package will not be entertained once the item has been successfully collected from our premises.

We are pleased to inform you that the frames and packages for photoshoots conducted in December 2025 and January 2026 are now being processed for release.
Pick-Up Details
Please visit our studio during the following window:
• Date: Feb 8 2026
• Time: 2:00PM– 05:30PM
Final Notice for Past Collections
Please be advised that this is the final opportunity to collect any unclaimed frames from November 2025 and earlier. We kindly ask that you prioritize your pick-up on the date listed above, as these items will no longer be held in our storage after this period.
Courier & Third-Party Logistics (Lalamove / Grab / Pasabay)
For those opting for third-party delivery, please take note of our releasing policy:

The new package release time is 12:30 PM (noon) today (Nov 15). The previously scheduled was 10:00AM.
