We sincerely apologize for the delay in finalizing your production. Recent severe weather conditions required us to temporarily suspend our operations, which unfortunately impacted our timeline. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get everything back on track.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering the final outputs for our April photoshoot sessions. We recently encountered an unexpected 40% increase in material costs due to the recent increase in the fuel cost. Our team has been working diligently to navigate these expenses to ensure they do not impact our final pricing, which has temporarily extended our production timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

(Rescheduled Package Release Time)

Dear Customers;

Please be advised that today’s scheduled releasing of your frames and packages has been moved.

The new package release time is 12:30 PM (noon) today (Nov 15). The previously scheduled was 10:00AM.

We apologize for any inconvinience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

To our dear clients who had their photoshoot for the month of SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER and NOVEMBER 1-5, your frames and packages are now being processed.
We will be open for pick up between 10:00am to 04:30pm on the following dates;
Nov. 15, 2025

Reminders for lalamove/grab pick up and pasabay pick-up;
All packages will be handed over in perfect condition. We will not be liable on any damages caused by transport/logistics. Any concerns, thereafter will not be entertained.
