Two years ago, Mommy Eiffie reached out to me because I was supposed to be their wedding host. Unfortunately, I was pregnant at that time, so I wasn’t able to be part of their special day. 🥹💕

Fast forward to today… our paths crossed again—this time for the dedication of their precious Baby Ruie!👶🏻✨

What a beautiful feeling to finally meet again and be trusted to host such a meaningful milestone in their family. It truly feels like some things are simply meant to happen at the right time. ❤️

Door Opening Rehearsal Reminder

* Conduct a door opening practice before the ceremony starts.

* Ensure all assigned personnel are present during the rehearsal.

* Confirm the timing and cue for opening the doors.

* Check the positioning of ushers, coordinators, and participants.

* Practice the sequence of entrances to avoid delays.

* Test communication and cueing among the coordination team.

* Ensure the pathway is clear and ready for the processional.

* Make sure no guests, staff, or vendors are blocking the entrance or aisle.

* Avoid unnecessary movement during the processional.

* Coordinators and staff should stay out of the photographers' and videographers' frame whenever possible.

* Ensure that no personnel become visible in key ceremony photos and videos.

* Address any concerns or adjustments before the actual ceremony.

* Finalize all movements to ensure a smooth and seamless entrance.
