OFFICIAL STATEMENT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Subject: Clarification on Artist Playground’s Participation in the Double Take Twinbill

Artist Playground wishes to clarify its role in the production of Double Take.

Artist Playground is not, and has never been, the producer of Double Take. The sole producer of the production was Kho-Lab Productions, headed by Marco Rivera.

Under our collaboration agreement, Artist Playground’s participation was limited to creative collaboration and the engagement of the production staff and crew. Kho-Lab Productions, under Marco Rivera, was responsible for casting the performers and for all financial and operational obligations of the production.

As of this writing, approximately 75% of the fees due to Artist Playground under the collaboration agreement remain unpaid.

It has also come to our attention that several individuals involved in the production have not received the compensation owed to them. Artist Playground deeply sympathizes with everyone affected. However, the financial obligations for the production, including the payment of those under the responsibility of Kho-Lab Productions, rest solely with Kho-Lab Productions and Marco Rivera.

Since the conclusion of the production, we have made multiple attempts to communicate with Marco Rivera regarding these outstanding obligations. Unfortunately, our efforts have gone unanswered, and our means of communication have since been blocked.

If anyone is still able to reach him, we respectfully ask that they encourage him to provide those affected with an update on when these outstanding obligations will be fulfilled. We believe everyone who dedicated their time, talent, and hard work to this production deserves clear communication and accountability.

Despite these circumstances, Artist Playground remains open to communication and sincerely hopes this matter can be resolved fairly, responsibly, and with respect for everyone affected.

🎭✨ 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘! ✨🎭

And just like that, the curtain has fallen on 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲: 𝗔 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹.

Congratulations to the cast, creatives, production team, and everyone who worked tirelessly to bring 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 and 𝗔𝗟.𝗧𝗘𝗥 to life. Your passion, dedication, and artistry made this journey unforgettable.

To our audiences, thank you for laughing, reflecting, questioning, and feeling every moment with us. You gave these stories a home beyond the stage.

The run may be over, but the memories, conversations, and truths shared through these performances will stay with us long after the final bow.
